待遇及福利:
薪资:年收入参考:-
达到基本考核要求:年薪5-6万新币
达到中等考核要求:年薪7-12万新币
达到高级考核要求:年薪12万新币以上,上不封顶

工作时间:周一至周五 上午九点至下午六点、每周40小时

工作职责:
了解高净值客户需求、为其制定移民方案、密切跟进,并在最短时间内达成交易。
与客户以致电/面对面咨询形式进行专业商务沟通。
参与客户的移民申请过程、配合推进申请、挖掘二次交易的机会。
在日常工作中了解最新的各种移民计划、为此提供正确资讯。
维护本公司名誉及客户的满意度。
任职要求:
至少拥有文凭/学位;
具有1年以上销售工作经验,有销冠经验者优先考虑;
金融、海外房产、奢侈品、教育和高端保险咨询行业优先考虑;
具有较强的亲和力,性格开朗、热情,有良好的沟通和协调能力;
工作责任心强、积极主动,工作高效,有创造性,具有团队合作能力;
具有较强学习能力,良好的抗压能力,能够承受较大的销售压力;
具有较强的市场感知力并能敏锐地把握市场动态;

Job Responsibilities:
Professional communication with high-net-worth clients to understand their immigration needs and tailor personalized immigration proposals accordingly.
Proactively reach potential clients and are not limited to cold-calling potential clients, scheduling appointments, and building relationships.
Follow up closely with clients to address any concerns and facilitate closing deals in the shortest possible time.
Maintain the company's reputation and ensure client satisfaction.
Always stay up-to-date with various immigration programs and regulations to provide advice during daily work.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree
Candidates have at least 1-year sales experience
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle the dynamic nature of the job.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage time and resources effectively.
