Sales Generation:

Proactively engaging with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Utilizing effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
Negotiating terms of sale to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.
Following up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on the inventory of pre-owned vehicles, including make, model, year, mileage, and condition.
Understanding the unique selling points of each vehicle and effectively communicating them to customers.
Continuously expanding knowledge of automotive trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Administrative Tasks:

Completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registrations.
Coordinating with the finance department to secure financing options for customers, if needed.
Ensuring all sales documentation is in compliance with legal and dealership policies.
Customer Satisfaction:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
