Responsibilities:

1. Social media and community management

● Develop and execute social media strategies to engage the Korean users, including but not limited to Kakao, Naver, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok.
● Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.

2. Brand Reputation Management:

● Monitor and manage the brand's online presence in the Korean market.
● Respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

3. Localization, Translation, and Proofreading:

● Adapt global marketing campaigns and materials for the Korean market, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
● Translate marketing materials and other documents from English/Chinese to Korean, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
● Proofread and edit Korean content to maintain high-quality standards.

4. Korean Market Business Development:

● Identify opportunities for partnership expansion with local ads channels, aiming to expand our promotion channels.
● Develop creative collaborations and sponsored content initiatives with bloggers and influencers, aligning with our brand values and target audience.

5. Press Release and Sponsored Article Management:

● Coordinate the creation and distribution of press releases and sponsored articles in the Korean market.
● Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to maximise exposure and brand awareness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing / Corporate Communications or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Korean marketing, preferably in the cryptocurrency or FX industry.
3. Native-level fluency in Korean and proficiency in English and/or Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Strong understanding of the Korean crypto market, culture and consumer behaviour.
6. Close working relationship with Hong Kong branding team.
7. Immediate available is highly preferred.
