We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Business Development Executive. As a leading outsourced agency in the realm of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence, we are looking for a passionate individual who can excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What you will be doing:
* You will be coming up with new strategies and ways of presenting products & services to consumers.
* You will be approaching members of the general public, people of different backgrounds.
* You will be required to manage a team, provide training and ad hoc business development.
* You will be required to work closely with the managers to coordinate day to day planning and fulfil client requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
* Following up on leads
* Engaging in ongoing training on business development
* Collaborating with Top Performers to execute strategic approaches
* Overcoming objections of prospective customers

Qualifications:
* Proven track record in business development, with a strong understanding of the outsourced services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
