About Us:
We are a dedicated team of psychologists and counsellors accredited by the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). We specialize in providing accountability coaching to university students in Singapore. We aim to empower students to achieve academic and personal goals through structured, text-based support.

Position Overview:
We seek energetic and motivated undergraduates with a flair for marketing to join our team as Marketing Associates (Commission-Based). This is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to apply their marketing skills in a real-world setting while positively impacting fellow students' lives. As a Marketing Associates (Commission-Based), you will be crucial in promoting our text-based accountability service to university students across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our accountability coaching services to university students.
Engage with students through various channels such as social media, university forums, and on-campus events to raise awareness about our services.
Leverage personal networks and university communities to identify potential clients.
Provide feedback to our team on marketing efforts and student responses to refine our approach.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive rate of $20 per successful referral.
