Position: Veterinary Clinic Receptionist

Responsibilities

⁃ Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.

⁃ Answer phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and assisting with inquiries.

⁃ Manage client records and assist with billing and invoicing.

⁃ Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

⁃ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

⁃ Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred but not required.

⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⁃ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

⁃ Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional care.

⁃ Proficiency in basic computer skills .

⁃ Works well in a team
