Your role in summary You are the tireless advocate who will champion Sustainability culture, lead communication strategy and support our governance process in tandem with our Sustainability plan and commitments. You will engage in keeping our Sustainability ambitions alive, relevant and humanized with our stakeholders across all layers in the organization. You will partner with governance team, agencies and non-profits to manage Sustainability risks in the business. You will stay abreast with the latest best practices, changes and opportunities in Sustainability and elevate our positive impacts to the next level.

Key accountabilities

Your primary responsibilities
. To support the engagement of external advisors and consultants for the development and execution of Sustainability communication strategy.
. To communicate all aspects of sustainability to relevant stakeholders, including awareness and capacity building with relevant departments.
. To collaborate with colleagues across different functions/regions on the development of internal and external sustainability-related reports and disclosures.
. To drive assurance and governance process.
. To support sustainability-related research and stay abreast of the changing landscape, including new policies and trends.
. To manage IHH Sustainability online resource materials.
. This role reports to Group Head of Sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience

Your credentials and skills
. A bachelor's degree in Environment, Social Science, Sustainability, Communications or related discipline is preferred.
. 5 to 8 years working experience in an organisational setting, preferably in corporate sustainability, sustainability consulting, governance audits, communications or related role.
. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English. Other language proficiencies highly desired.
. Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and a strong desire to learn.
. A proven ability to develop communication strategies.
. Excellent project management skills.
. Experience of working in a global setup.
. Experience in change management project will be an advantage.
