Responsibilities

  • Develop safe, professional and comprehensive Pilates training programs for clients that is of high standard and integral to branding
  • Lead and/or conduct private, group Pilates classes and workshops
  • Design and administer appropriate programs to train and develop a pool of in-house Pilates instructors
  • Assist the Operations Manager in the operations of the centre
  • Achieve monthly centre target and upkeeping the service quality

Requirements

  • Certified by an internationally recognized Pilates education organization and is a qualified GYROTONIC® Trainer
  • Passionate about improving/enriching the life of others through fitness.
  • Good sense of customer service, patience, responsibility and integrity.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales KPIs and service
