Job Description:
  • Collect, process and analyze CS data
  • Identify data patterns and trends and provide solutions to reduce CS contacts, to solve customer pain points or resolve gaps in the CS operation
  • Support the process improvement areas to make the right decisions based on data insights (also promote data culture in the team)
  • Calculate and criticize impacts of implemented solutions
  • Present information using data visualization techniques.

Requirements:
  • Degree in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Science or Data Engineering
  • Advanced knowledge with SQL.
  • Python and JavaScript are plus
  • Advanced English
  • Experience working with data analysis.
