KEY ACTIVITIES

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Scrum team. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for helping the team adopt and improve Agile practices, guiding the team through the transformation process, and coaching team members on Agile principles and methodologies. You will work closely with the Scrum Master and the Product Owner to ensure that the team delivers high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

. Guide the team through the Agile transformation process, helping them adopt and improve Agile practices and methodologies

. Coach and mentor team members, including the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and development team members, on Agile principles and practices

. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to teach the team Agile principles, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help the team implement changes to improve their performance

. Work closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and Agile principles

. Help the team identify and address any impediments that are blocking their progress

. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, where team members feel comfortable raising issues and discussing problems openly

. Work with other Agile Coaches in the organization to ensure consistency in Agile practices and methodologies

. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the team's performance and Agile practices

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

. Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification

. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in an Agile environment

. Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills

. Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

. Understanding of software development processes, software engineering principles, and Agile practices

. Ability to coach and mentor team members to improve their performance

. Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

. French is a plus
