Singapore Opus It Services Pte Ltd Full time

The contracted staff shall provide support for authorization requirements, workflow and enhancements during Operation and Support of the system, and be responsible for the following:

a. Collaborate with Authority, Basis team and the Maintenance Vendor to ensure technical security of SAP HCM and core SAP platforms (ECC, Business Warehouse (BW), Portal, Solution Manager, Fiori) and associated applications for the system's entire landscape.

b. Provide consultancy to users on impact of changes to authorisation requirements, access controls, workflow and routing needs.

c. Co-ordinate with Authority, vendors and users to support authorisation requirements gathering during development and maintenance and evaluate the proposed authorisation by vendor for implementation. Ensure proper project documentation and conduct UAT to ensure authorisations developed are accurate.

d. Study and review requirements of access rights implementation and propose changes to meet security requirements of need-to-know basis and principle of least privilege.

e. Design technical solution, build, test and implement new business and technical authorization requirements.

f. Update project documentation like user requirements specification, functional design specifications, Authorization Matrices and Authorisation Databases for new authorisation developments and changes.

g. Study the technical approach of development and suggest improvements to current development approaches. Review current model of access rights, provide technical advice on development of technical authorisation and access rights and troubleshoot authorisation issues.

h. Provide technical advice on risks of effective access rights, check backend logic of workflow routing, risks violation on access rights requested or assigned and propose mitigating measures if required.

i. Provide technical profiling of authorisations including technical details from the system.

j. Update the structural authorisation profiles due to organisation changes and implement changes to the related authorisations.

k. Handle all operational day-to-day support activities for security or authorizations including ticket resolution and issue escalation.

l. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems created to access rights, role and authorisation (SAP, Windows, Weblogic and Database) reported. Track system defects reported by users. Ensure prompt resolution. Coordinate with vendors to resolve the issues if need be.

m. Co-ordinate with Authority, vendors and users to ensure tested authorisations are properly transported to the various test environments for testing and the correct tested authorisations are transported to the production systems.

n. Perform authorisation housekeeping for all systems in the system's non-production environment.

o. Setup batch jobs if required during the contractual period.

p. Propose, document and implement improvements to the current work processes to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness or tighten audit issues in delivering the maintenance support services.

q. Any other tasks as assigned by the Authority.

Pre-requisite for System Analyst

Education Qualification

. The candidate(s) should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

Required Competencies

a. Have good knowledge and skillset in the following:

. SAP ERP security design and implementation.

. Good understanding of the data design in SAP HCM is preferred.

. Knowledge of SAP user provisioning and indirect assignment of roles.

. Knowledge of security audit logs.

. Knowledge of SQL programming and Office productivity suites such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

b. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations and producing high quality deliverables and support with minimum supervision.

c. Good planning, communication and coordination skills.

d. Good team player, responsible and conscientious, responsive, pro-active.

Required Working Experience

a. At least 2 years of working experience in information technology.

b. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

c. Experience in SG Government HCM projects is preferred.

Security Clearance Requirement

. The candidate is required to be a Singaporean and he/she will be subject to security clearance before commencement of service.
