RESPONSIBILITIES

This role supports the C&B Managers by:-

  • Preparing and submitting all financial related activities, for 2 legal entities on budgeting, accruals, forecast (outlook), re-charging and reconciliation activities relating to manpower cost.
  • Liaising and is the point of contact with Finance teams on budget, accruals, forecast (outlook) and re-charging activities.
  • Working closely with Finance teams to ensure timelines relating to budget, forecast, accruals and recharging processes, deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Working closely with Finance teams on C&B payment transactions for reconciliation.
  • Handling and processing all C&B related inter-company re-charging, purchase orders, invoices, and re-charging activities/documentations.
  • Preparing and updating SOP on all C&B operational & financial related activities
  • Preparing, monitoring and tracking all C&B related invoices, purchase orders, ensuring they are billed by vendors on a timely manner.
  • Raising IDMP (internal decision making process) document, monitoring and tracking them, ensuring that IDMP is raised for all vendor service renewal
  • Administrating of Finance and C&B operational activities, as required.
  • Consolidating and submitting data for salary, benefits & government related surveys, as required.
  • Consolidating and submitting census data to vendors, suppliers, as required.
  • Gathering information/data and simulating manpower costing and resource planning
  • Supporting in other Financial and C&B related work activities, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma holders
  • Finance related experience with experience in HR is an advantage.
  • Must have knowledge on accounting terms and be numerical.
  • Someone in HR with financial accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of excel is a requirement.
  • Meticulous, organized and demonstrate
  • Ability to work within very tight timelines.
