Responsibilities:
- Plan production schedules to meet customer delivery demands.
- Supervise daily production operations for efficient and timely goods production.
- Conduct quality control checks.
- Monitor equipment to prevent downtime and delays, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Communicate, motivate, and train operators and technicians.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and boost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Enforce safety procedures for a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for necessary supplies.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Min 2 years of production supervision or management experience.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
