Quantity Surveryor

Job Description

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
  • Sourcing for required material and suppliers
  • Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/ sub-contractors
  • Contract administration
  • In Charge PO, Claims, Quotation, Project Budget Monitoring & VOs
  • Manage procurement process and cost control.
  • Assist to prepare variation order claims and progress claims.
  • Assist to finalize project accounts

Job Requirements

• Experience Preferred: quantity surveying in architecture and interior design industry.
• Min Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design.
• Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details.
• Process strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.
• Good Knowledge in Computer software such as Ms Powerpoint , Ms words/Ms Excel.
