Job Responsibilities :
  • Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting as well as quickly responding to their inquiries and needs
  • Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customers
  • Ensure that all customers receive high quality of service and quality merchandise
  • Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the best R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers
  • Regularly communicates with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines
  • Oversees and is involved in the maintenance of the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Stock and organizes merchandise as necessary
  • Oversee and is involved in the execution of the product display and remerchandising as directed by store management team
  • Oversee and is involved in receiving regular deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety and security
  • Perform any other duties as directed by Store Manager.
Pre-Requisites :
  • At least 5 years of retail experience with 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to inspire and influence a team, with an entrepreneurial vision, and high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Able to work independently, highly adaptable and detail oriented
  • Strong command of English, additional language skill is highly preferable

This position involves working on a shift basis, including weekends, to cover the operational hours of the store, which are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 5 days a week.
