Responsibilities
. Able to handle full set of account (AP/AR/GL/TAX AND BANK RECONCILIATON) and double entry
. Invoicing
. Following up on outstanding invoices
. Document filling
. General administration
. Preparing financial statement
. Preparing monthly payroll, handle staff attendance and report
. Support audit and tax queries
. Handle monthly GST filing.
Requirements
. Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
. Able to work independently
. Able to start work immediately
. Proficient in MS office and excel.
. Familiar with accounting software - Xero, MYOB and Quickbook etc
. 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
