Assistant / Human Resource Manager - Pandan Road - 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only
Reporting to Head of Department
. Assist to manage full spectrum of HR functions, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management
. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues
. Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations
. Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
. Nurture a positive working environment
. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
. Liaise with statutory boards
Requirement:
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
. Able to communicate in Mandarin
. Proven working experience as HR Manager
. Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
. People oriented and results driven
. Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics
. Able to architect strategy along with leadership skills
. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
. Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and taxi legislations
