Job Title: CX Ambassador

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused CX Ambassadors to join our dynamic team. As a CX Ambassador, you will be placed on a training development program whilst you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging cutting-edge retail strategies and solutions. You will be the face of our brand partners, responsible for creating memorable interactions and ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

-Personalized Customer Engagement:

-Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

-Learn how to use data-driven insights to provide personalized product recommendations and solutions.

-Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Omnichannel Support:

-Seamlessly assist customers with online orders, returns, and inquiries.

-Leverage digital tools and technology to enhance the customer's journey, whether in-store or online.

-Promote click-and-collect and same-day delivery services.

In-Store Technology Expertise:

-Utilize interactive displays, digital tools, and AR/VR experiences to educate and entertain customers.

-Facilitate smooth and efficient self-checkout experiences.

-Be proficient in using mobile point-of-sale systems.

Exceptional Customer Service:

-Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.

-Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

-Demonstrate a commitment to resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Sustainability and Social Responsibility:

-Educate customers about sustainable products and initiatives.

-Promote our commitment to social causes and community engagement.

Data-Driven Insights:

-Utilize customer data to anticipate needs and preferences.

-Contribute to data collection efforts to enhance understanding of customer behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy or with an aptitude to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
