Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, with a preference for candidates with previous experience in the Ministry of Education (MOE) or IB curriculum.

Good knowledge of the teaching subject (concepts and theories of the subject)

Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

A commitment to supporting students as they prepare for exams.

Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with team members.

Job Description:

As a Trainee Teacher at IB Super, you will play a pivotal role in the teaching and development of IB/IGCSE/O level science classes (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) using IB Super's innovative learning methodology.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct dynamic and impactful lessons with IB Super's exclusive teaching techniques.

Offer constructive feedback and tailored improvementstrategies for student achievement.

Foster an engaging and motivational classroom atmosphere.

Support student progression with personalized responses to queries and diligent homework assessment.

Craft educational content, including lesson plans, instructional videos, and diverse question sets for varied learning needs.

Participate in ongoing feedback and best practices sessions to foster your professional growth.
