Partner Sales and Onboarding Manager

Singapore Paypal Pte. Ltd. Full time

We are seeking an experienced B2B Partner Sales and Onboarding Manager to join the Inside Sales Team. The primary purpose of this role to managed existing pool of partners and reach out to acquire new partnership to grow Paypal market share in South East Asia. This includes building up of a strong sales pipeline of partners, following up on all sales leads and driving end to end applications to onboard new and existing merchants for with the latest Paypal's products and services.

You will be selling to Businesses based in South East Asia region and supporting the Inside Sales Team to drive merchant acquisition through partner integration. To be successful, you should have experience in cold calling, consultative selling and strong pipeline management.

Core responsibilities:

  • Acquire and build new partnership that help drive leads to the team
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build customize value proposition and roll-out strategic partnership plan
  • Cold call, self-prospect, and build network to generate prospect pipeline to acquire new partners and maintain existing partners
  • Identify potential partners for vertical acquisition and leads generation
  • Develop sales strategy and identify high value leads prospects
  • Source and work with partners to execute acquisition initiatives such as joint events to drive the leads funnel
  • Robust pipeline management via Salesforce to ensure accurate forecast of performance and deliver strong results
  • Meet and exceed individual's productivity / pipeline metrics and monthly revenue targets

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management or business development
  • Ability to develop sales strategy and identify key prospects for pipeline building
  • Pipeline management expertise, and experience with Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, positive and results oriented
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment/merchant acquiring industry trends, products, and services would be advantageous
  • Role will be based in Singapore
  • Able to communicate in at least one of the SEA language (Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia or Thail) will be advantageous
