Management Executive

Responsibilities:
- Provide executive assistant support to Senior Management and develop management reports and presentations
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform annual year-end budget and risk analysis for the Division, demonstrating financial planning and risk management expertise
- Perform minutes taking duties during senior management meetings
- Organize, plan and coordinate cross-divisional events and meetings
- Work with business entities to collate and track sales forecast and performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Manage sales and budget reporting
- Assist in analysing performance variance against budget
- Work with corporate team on special projects to improve competitiveness of the business
- Oversee and monitor progression of projects and ensure the projects are delivered on-time in an efficient and productive manner
- Establish and ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures
- Conduct annual risk analysis report, research on market and industry trends
- Manage all content assets, database maintenance and archiving of Salesforce and SharePoint
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience supporting Senior Management and/or in a Strategic Planning support role
