Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties

- Maintain property sales, leases by advertising and filling vacancies

- Negotiate and enforce leases

- Manage clients relations, including resolving complaints and ensuring client's satisfaction

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

- Ensure compliance with local and CEA regulations

Qualifications:

- Obtain and pass the Real Estate Salesperson examination or Real Estate Agency examination (REA) (RES)

- Proven experience or relevant qualification in property management

- Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Odoo)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Prefer candidates who are new CES passers or individuals who are open-minded and eager to learn new skills. Those currently preparing for the exam may also apply, with the opportunity to join as an intern and undergo on-the-job training.
