Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador to provide excellent sales and after-sales service of Gold and Precious Stone (Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Jade and Pearl) fine jewellery
  • Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
  • Develop excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Assist in daily stock keeping and operational tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Conversant in English and Mandarin. Additional languages such as Bahasa Malaysia and dialects such as Teochew, Cantonese and Hokkien will be highly advantageous.
  • Above 5 years' experience working in a fine jewellery or luxury goods company is required.
  • Experienced in selling both Yellow Gold and Precious Stone jewellery
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player
  • Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
