Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for landscape projects.
  • Collaborate with landscape designers and architects to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
  • Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of landscape designs.
  • Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals for landscape works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for landscape projects.
  • Prior experience in AutoCAD and other design software.
