Provide Service to Customers

. Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.

. Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.

. Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.

. Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.

Perform Sales Transactions

. Retails sales jewellery.

. Perform sales transactions.

. Handle all payment.

. Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise

. Housekeeping of the store.

. Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.

. Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

Administration

. Assist in stock documentation.

. Assist with simple procurement for the store - stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.
