Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize extensive financing expertise to manage a diverse range of financial activities, including sourcing active funds and securing investments for the company.
  2. Utilize extensive experience in sourcing funds both locally and overseas to support company initiatives.
  3. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on a deep understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align financing activities with overall business objectives.
  5. Play a pivotal role in the execution of deals, overseeing due diligence procedures and facilitating investment agreements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Investment related field or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking institutions, with a deep understanding of banking operations.
  3. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in banking institutions may be eligible for the Deputy Director position.
  4. Experience directly participating in IPOs and possessing project management skills would be beneficial.
  5. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated history of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  6. Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  7. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English is beneficial for effective communication and document translation purposes.
