Team Intro You will be part of the Global Workplace Planning team based in Singapore, working on a range of projects across APAC and ensuring on-time delivery and user satisfaction. Responsibilities - Collect, record and analyse space requirements and occupancy data. - Regularly communicate with clients to understand their spatial requirements. Coordinate and monitor the progress within real estate teams to ensure timely execution of respective items. - Works with Planning Team to develop ad hoc scenario planning reports. Prepares program reports for presentation to the client. - Communicate and collaborate closely with partner teams and stakeholders. Partners with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution. - Tracks, monitors and oversees workplace data. May be required to manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above willing to accept travel duties - Have relevant professional expertise in real estate, with some degree of understanding of space management, real estate project management and facility operations management - Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work with agility and flexibility, and have good team spirit - Have strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to integrate and coordinate holistically information resources and strategic planning while exercising sound judgment Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge or experience using the current mainstream space management system is preferred.
