Lounge Waitress

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering excellent F&B customer services in the Club's lounge
• Attending to customer's request, assist in F&B orders, serving of food and beverages to customers
• Ability to present menus confidently to customers, upsell the variety of F&B to customers
• Consistently deliver checks upon customers requests or orders, including collecting of bill payments
• Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
• Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements as per SOPs
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the service and pantry areas and disposal of garbage
• Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per required SOPs
• Assist in counting month-end F&B inventories for reporting purposes
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in Food & Beverage with 1-year relevant working experience in F&B related businesses is preferred
• Applicant should not be younger than 18 years old as there is liquor served
• Pleasant personality, customer centric and with a can-do attitude
• Able to work on weekends & Public holidays and long hours when required
• Flexibility to work in shifts, with shift hours ending at 12midnight or 1am
