Job Description

The candidate roles and responsibilities are to control, maintain and prepare high quality Turkish kebab cuisines for diners to enjoy.

Responsibilities

- Manage food preparation and production of Turkish kebab cuisine items.

- Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production.

- Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.

- Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and

presentation in conjunction with the specifications.

- Responsible for planning menus.

- Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking rotation, and guarantee foodservice sanitation standards are met.

- Ensure best cleanliness and sanitation practices.

- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and shop front employees, and customers be a team player and with positive team spirit.

- Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time able to work long hours in hot conditions and start work early morning able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Chef(working in a Turkish environmentis preferred).

- Have good slicing kebab skill.

- Food Hygiene Certification.

- Must have experience calculating figuresand amounts and performingmathematical functions to meet thebusiness needs.
