Location : Near Lavender at a hotel ( nearest mrt is Bendemeer downtown line)

1. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco and snacks.
2. Billing of charges
3. Taking orders
4. Maintains cleanliness
5. Set up bar equipment and draught beer.
6. Checks and replenishes bar-stock and carbon dioxide
7. Safekeeping of stock under lock and key upon closing of the bar.
8. Handles operations of bar outletsTaking and serving orders
9. Entering charges into POS system

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, garnishes, contents and preparation methods as well as knowing customer preferences.
• Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition.
• A good team player with excellent service capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
• Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams
