We are looking to appoint a motivated, energetic Education Consultant (K-12 Education Group) who will be responsible for:

  1. Deliver a personalised experience to each prospective parent and student by effectively and persuasively articulating the SagePaths's USPs.
  2. Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students by gathering as much information on specific needs, background and profile of each parent and student based on the information provided to tailor the education progression plan.
  3. Conduct and arrange group tours of the international schools and kindergartens, and answer parent and student queries during post tour consultations and assist families with the application process through to enrolment status.
  4. Manage the end-to-end pipeline process, from inquiry to application, to support parents at all points of the customer journey, and to ensure all necessary compliance has been completed prior to enrolling the school.
  5. Drive conversion rates proactively, being mindful of monthly and quarterly targets.
  6. Perform initial application screening and administrative support for the students and parents in the assessment.
  7. To present the different types of schools to prospective parents and students at recruitment events, open days and information sessions in China market.
  8. Other duties as directed by the Team Lead, K-12 Education Group.
  9. Responsible for the management of the admissions procedures and modeling exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirement

  1. Minimum tertiary education or equivalent, majoring in education and hospitality are welcome.
  2. Knowledge of and experience of relevant software applications â€' spreadsheets, word processing and database management.
  3. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the service industry.
  4. Bilingual in English and Chinese, in order to speak with non-English speaking clients.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
  6. Service-oriented with an eye for details.
  7. Ability to work effectively and contribute to the team.
  8. Multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  9. Self-motivated and energetic.
  10. Displays initiative and creativity.
