Wood is currently recruiting for Principal Rotating Engineer / Lead Engineer position with extensive experience in LNG Projects to support emerging opportunities, primarily in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities:-

  • Monitor / Execution the overall execution of Rotating work scope in accordance with applicable Project Procedures and Standards.
  • Ensure quality of work perfromed by team members within the established/assigned man-hour budgets and schedule targets.
  • Disseminate the relevant project information among the assigned team members and ensure that adequate information is available at relevent stage of work.
  • Issue / Reveiw of Rotating Equipment & Packages Material Requisition and Technical Bid Evaluation.
  • Reveiw of Vendor Prints to ensure other discplines interface integration and requistion compliance.
  • Ensure Timely Issue of Deliverables.
  • Provide timely inputs to other discipline engineering work
  • Ensure compliance of the Confidentiality Requirement as applicable per Wood Procedure and Specific Projects.
  • Attend Project and Vendor co-ordination meetings and engineering review meetings.
  • Update Progress Report for the activities performed within the reporting timeline.
  • Assist Procurement for Purchase Order Closeout

Qualifications:-

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Upstream / Refinery / Petrochemical / LNG Projects.
  • Knowledge of relevent International Design Codes & Standards. Familiarity with major Oil & Gas Companies specification will be added advantage.
  • Worked as Lead / Key Engineer for atleast one LNG projects with experience on Refrigeration/Boil-off Gas Compressors, Cryogenic Pumps, Loading Arms.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
