Baggage Tagger (Customer-Facing)

a) Verify passenger details by cross-referencing cruise ticket with passenger manifest.

b) Assist passenger with tagging of baggage at various baggage acceptance points.

Porter Services (Customer-Facing)

Arrival / Disembarkation

a) Working in co-operation with ground handler(s) to assist passenger in locating 'missing baggage'.

b) Assisting passengers with their baggage at both pre and post-security screening at arrival hall.

c) Ensure that baggage and trolleys do not obstruct walkways / roadways at Passenger Pick Up points, Arrival Hall, Coach Stands / Taxi Stands.

d) Ensure that the empty baggage trolleys are constantly consolidated throughout disembarkation and replenished for other disembarking passengers. At the end of disembarkation process for ship(s), ensure that all trolleys are returned to their respective trolley points.

Departure / Embarkation

a) Be pro-active with friendly customer service in assisting passengers with unloading their baggage at drop-off points for embarkation.

b) Load baggage onto trolleys and baggage carts to facilitate expedited baggage transfer to Baggage Room for immediate baggage security screening.

c) Ensure that passengers are directed to departure security screening / check-in within.

d) Ensure that baggage does not obstruct walkways / roadways at Departure Kerb Side, Coach Stands / Drop-off points.

e) Working in co-operation with ground handler(s) to assist passengers in locating baggage if baggage needs to be retrieved prior to loading onto ship.

f) Assisting passengers with their baggage at both pre and post-security screening at departure hall.

g) Baggage staff are to assist with the scanning of Cruise-Fly Bags.
