Job Scope:
- Provide secretarial & admin support to Logistics Department.
- Prepare & manage correspondences, emails & documents.
- Compiling & preparing reports, presentations.
- Exercise judgement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all matters are followed up promptly.
- Any other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a similiar role (preferably construction sector).
- Diploma & Above.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Approachable and Energetic Personality.
- Able to work independently.
- Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
