What you will do:

• Take ownership and drive the full recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to managing offersand onboarding
• Stay up-to-datewith the latest manpower policies, regulations, practices as well as industry trends and job market insights to formulate value-added solutions
• Be the HR expert and advise clients in the current best practices such recruitment, compensation and benefits
• Maintain candidates' and clients' ongoing satisfaction during the employment life cycleand continue to develop strong, trusted relationships beyond job placement
