Job Description:

If you are an experienced spa professional with a deep understanding of facial treatments, a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, and a knack for team leadership, we invite you to apply for the role of Facial Boutique Manager. As a manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our boutique, ensuring that every client leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled estheticians and Boutique personnel, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  2. Client Experience: Ensure that each client enjoys a personalized and unforgettable spa experience, addressing their specific skincare needs and preferences.
  3. Sales target: Achieve sales targets and support the team to achieve their monthly sales targets.
  4. Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction by conducting regular staff training and performance evaluations.
  5. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare and facial treatments, ensuring your team is well-informed about the products and services offered.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for attracting new clients and promoting spa services.
  8. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the spa's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in spa management, ideally with a focus on facials and skincare.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of facial treatments, skincare products, and spa operations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and tranquil spa atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and basic financial knowledge.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe spa environment.
