Summary

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, your role as Business Development Manager will be to drive new sales for Talenta Consultants. You will be responsible for securing new business opportunities in staffing (contracting/ temporary placements) and permanent placements to maximise revenue with the goal of overachieving budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up commercial game plan to enlarge sales funner and ultimately increase revenue and market share
  • Prospect new clients for Staffing, Outsourcing and Permanent Placement businesses
  • Ensure rigor in the management of opportunities with flawless internal and external stakeholder engagement from prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, closing, contract execution and handover to delivery team
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and track the delivery of closed opportunities
  • Provide activity reports regularly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a sales function, customer-focused with sound sales management skills
  • Recruitment industry experience (including but not limited to staffing or permanent placement) and B2B sales
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and CRM
  • Degree qualification is preferred
  • To be successful in the role, you need to be a tenacious hunter and willing to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on
