We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive to join our company, Medeze Treasury Pte Ltd in Singapore. As we plan to setup our operations to other countries, we need an active team player to join our quality control team.

BROAD FUNCTION

Responsible for preparing, supervising, supervising, monitoring, and implementation of Quality Control and Audit plan to prepare for internal control system. Responsible the quality control system of the organization to support the audit, inspection, and certification of various internal controls. Supervise the audit to ensure that it is accepted according to the standards. Coordinate in consulting/recommending assistance to various departments, groups of companies and customers under the MEDEZE brand

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct annual audit of internal control system and quality system.
  • Responsible for the preparation, review, implementation of the internal control system, quality system of all departments within the specified period.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Manage and qualify products and material quality to meet compliance and industry standards.
  • Coordinate consultation/advice on the preparation and assistance of various departments of customers, brand users. Ensure that the operation is in accordance with the principles of good internal control in the preparation of the internal control system.
  • Conduct internal and external audit planning and develop an audit program to propose to supervisors as a guideline for auditing.
  • Conduct audits of the Company's operating system and brand users. Ensure compliance with international standards and approved audit guidelines, and monitor the progress of the audit results in accordance with the annual internal audit plan.
  • Collates facts from inquiries / interviews, observe operations with operators about the operation in each process in order to know/ understand the operational procedures and analyze the appropriateness and adequacy of internal control in each process.
  • Propose the audit report and follow up the audit results with the receiving departments, executives and related persons.
  • Follow up on the progress from the implementation of preventive actions through to resolution within the specified time frame.
  • Responsible for management reviews of process performance, key performance indicators and service quality and advocating continual improvement.
  • Perform any other activities as may be required to fulfill business needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Accounting, Finance, Science
  • At least 3 years' experience in internal control system, standard system, quality system
  • Experience or past experience as QMR, QMS, ISO 9001.ISO 15189, AABB or internal auditor will be an advantage

  • Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
  • Good people, planning, communication, systems thinking, writing and presentation skills.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Meticulous and organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously and establish a strong internal network to ensure effective collaboration to achieve desired results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
