Logistics Coordinatior

. To assist in Logistics Supervisor and Head of Logistics

. Closing to work with a team of Logistic, and prepare daily local/bonded warehouse's daily tasks.

. Assist in handling Import & Export goods

. Assist in physical receipt and unpacking of stock. Prepare and complete an order for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

. Keeping updated in the System regularly on in & out goods to maintain stock inventory accuracy.

. Maintain warehouse items in an orderly and safe manner

. Assign duties and responsibilities to respective fellow colleagues.

. Check to ensure that any goods received or delivered are in order and incorrect quantity.

. Prepare proper documents for fellow colleagues to check received & deliver goods in the order.

. Update the System regularly on in & out goods to maintain stock inventory accuracy.

. Coordinating between Sales Staff/ Logistic Dept and Customers
