Job Description

Content Creation:

  • Formulate engaging and compelling content aligned with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Generate original ideas for both visual and written content suitable for various channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising campaigns, social media management, website content marketing, and conversion optimization across multiple channels Facebook, IG, search engines (Google SEO/SEM), XHS, Tiktok, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually enhance marketing strategies.
  • Plan and present social media calendar.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Routine reports to the management on results and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Produce visually captivating designs for a diverse range of marketing collateral, encompassing digital ads, social media and website graphics, blogs, e-commerce, brochures, presentations, infographics, and more.
  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for exhibition spaces and roadshows, including designing visual layouts, booth structures, props, and signage.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and Google Digital Ads, SEO, and SEM
  • Expert in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for design aesthetics.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns.
