Advanced Care Relationship Manager

As an Advanced Care Planner, your role revolves around crafting and implementing customized care plans to meet customers' objectives, while effectively managing customer relationships. By understanding customer profiles and recommending relevant solutions, you will establish trust and rapport. Additionally, your responsibilities include networking, relationship building, and referrals to attract new customers. Flexibility is required, as this role may involve weekend work, after-hours availability, and travel to customer locations.
- Engage customers to understand their personal details and preferences
- Analyse customer profiles to establish customers' risk profiles and objectives
- Recommend customised solutions based on customers' needs and objectives
- Develop tools for customers to assist them in meeting their goals and means of financing them
- Interpret legal and financial documents, medical laws and legal restrictions
- Seek out new customers and develop new customer groups by attending networking sessions and functions.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective customers
- Adopt customer acquisition and retention strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor outcomes of care plans and suggest enhancements that are in line with customers' financial objectives
- Correspond with customers to answer enquiries and resolve account problems
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to identify changing needs and circumstances
- Assist customers in account processes
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate, Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
. Aged 30 years old & above
. No work experience required
