We are looking for a highly motivated Video Production and Editing professional to join a focused content production team in a fast paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate must be a fully experienced and competent video professional with strong editing, shooting, lighting and motion graphics experience. Priority given to content producers with strong social media and online marketing experience. Those with exposure to or experience with financial services clients also desirable. Attention to detail, commitment to high quality service and professionalism are required. Demonstrated experience innovating new content solutions also ideal. Position involves daily client interaction, consultation and customer service for clients using our services. Strong, effective communication and organizational skills are a must.

Video Production:

  • Oversee and execute video productions process at all stages for specific projects. This includes storyboarding, production coordination, filming and post-production work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization globally with a main focus in the APAC region to deliver high-quality engaging multimedia assets.
  • Strong content for social media and online delivery experience. Motion graphics experience and strong graphics skills.
  • Experience in assembling recorded raw material that is suitable for broadcasting on digital channels which may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
  • Produces and record a wide range of content including interviews with executives, organic graphic elements and b-roll of employees, events and various locations.
  • Input uncut rushes and sound, synchronizing, storing them as necessary.
  • Good filming knowledge including 3 point lighting, interview filming techniques, green screen filming, onsite conference and post production processes.
  • Familiar with filming equipment including cameras & lens, lighting & audio device and also able to film and work in a team of production crew.
  • Ability to receive briefs and outlines for scripts and draw up storyboards and pre-production.
  • Design and make use of graphics templates for creating infographics.
  • Edits a wide range of internal and external projects on Adobe Premiere Pro or other platform, ranging from basic interviews to audio podcasts, demos to corporate videos and higher end promotional spots.
  • Serves as video and audio technical support for additional digital programs, such as podcasts and promotional videos. Is familiar with current editing hardware and software needed to produce high quality, creative programming quickly and consistently.
  • Establish, build and develop a network of external vendors (production houses, freelancer, etc.) in APAC and coordinate between client and the external vendor.
  • Partner with regional video teams to improve workflow and ensure product meets editorial, production and revenue needs.

Skills:

  • Expert or advanced user with Adobe products as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop etc.
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience with lighting and shooting on DSLRs and other HD cameras, such as Canon C series.
  • A keen eye for detail. Creative and passionate about video production, graphic design and video editing. High level of self-motivation. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years' solid experience in film / corporate multimedia production.
  • Min Diploma in Media, graphic design or relevant qualifications.
  • Preference given to candidates with exposure to financial services or banking clients.
  • Strong social media experience.
  • Responsible, aggressive, presentable and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced working environment with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Creative, self-motivated, responsible and willing to work overtime when required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
