The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to provide excellent, patient-centred care and to improve the health of the population in the east of Singapore. We aim to develop future-ready systems to support patients' healthcare journeys and to be an employer of choice for our staff.

You will be part of the team responsible for facilitating and supporting the services planning process as well as providing secretariat services for workgroups organised in support of these activities for EGH.

You will also work together with the other sections of the hospital planning team and key stakeholders to develop clinical services strategy and plans that will be translated into the physical design and development of the new hospital. This will include manpower and nesting plans to facilitate the hospital's opening, in alignment with the overall strategic directions for EGH/SingHealth.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare sector (hospital or community setting) is an advantage
  • Familiar with data analysis and presentation software
  • Team player, innovative, resourceful and independent individual
  • Able to adapt and excel in dynamic environment
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Good analytical, presentation and writing skills as well as ability to work under tight deadlines
