Qualifications:

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in offering end-user support for SharePoint systems is a plus.
• IT backend server experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all SharePoint farms, associated databases, and environments under the supervision of the lead engineer.
2. Handle SharePoint-specific service requests.
3. Report daily tasks and accomplishments.
4. Manage routine housekeeping tasks.
5. Offer Level 2 support for system issues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and a thorough understanding of SharePoint configurations, workflows, and logging.
6. Administer user accounts, support access control, and report any governance violations.
7. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine operations and administration.
8. Monitor SharePoint server health, focusing on capacity optimization.
9. Ensure site standards, including layouts and security processes, align with customer governance policies.
10. Oversee migration of legacy portals.
11. Create and update administrative and user documentation as needed.
12. Prepare and submit system-related reports.
