The ServiceNow Tech Lead plays a critical role in leading and overseeing the technical aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation, customization, and ongoing support within the organization. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency across various departments.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly status updates to customer stakeholders.
  • Manage project deliverables, resource availability, and governance across project activities.
  • Create and seek approval on the project schedule of activities and assign them to the technical team (i.e., ServiceNow administrators/engineers/developers).
  • Propose any risks and relevant mitigation plans in monthly and quarterly review meetings.
  • Effectively minimize or eradicate the risk of scope creep or moving targets during project delivery.

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of total work experience.
  • 3-4 years of ServiceNow development experience and/or project management
  • More than five completed or managed full ServiceNow implementations.
  • ServiceNow certifications are preferred
