Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist end-to-end payroll processing, including data input, calculations of wages, deductions and taxes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in preparing annual income tax (IR8A) and tax clearance(IR21).
  • Keep all payroll information and records maintained under with statutory requirements.
  • Handle daily attendance checks for the payroll process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and be a good team player.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a good attitude and motivation.
