Job Responsibilities:
 
As a Para-Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presentation Excellence: Utilize Keynote to prepare compelling and visually engaging slides for client presentations.
  • Financial Reporting: Harness the power of Excel to generate accurate and detailed financial reports, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Client Solutions: Analyze client needs and collaborate on creating effective financial solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  • Estate Planning & Will Writing Documentation: Manage the documentation process for estate planning and will writing, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Meeting Support: Provide valuable support to financial planners during out-of-office meetings, contributing to seamless client interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote and Excel
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
