We're currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Merchandiser with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in the fresh products industry. It's crucial that you're fluent in both English and Chinese, as these languages are a must for this role.

Here are the key responsibilities we'd like you to take on:

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies exclusively for fresh products. We want you to bring your creative ideas to the table
  • Ensure visually appealing displays and proper stocking of fresh products across various locations. We believe in the power of presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns. Teamwork makes the dream work
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities. We value being in the know.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers to secure optimal product placement and negotiate prime shelf space. We believe in the power of connections.
  • Provide training and guidance to store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and sales strategies. Sharing knowledge is key
  • Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and generate reports to drive continuous improvement. We're all about measuring success.

To succeed in this role, we're looking for the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Merchandiser, specifically in fresh products. Show us what you've got
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Effective communication is vital.
  • An in-depth understanding of merchandising principles and best practices. We want someone who knows the ins and outs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Let's talk the talk
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation and product placement. It's all about the little details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. We need someone who can take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel to various store locations as required. Get ready for some exciting adventures
