MAIN PURPOSE:

. Conduct seed molecular genetic testing in row crops.

. Collaborate with global platform functions to ensure strong partnership and knowledge exchange to enable successful delivery of strategies.

. Understand customer and stakeholder needs to work towards exceeding their expectations driving a customer centric mindset.

. Assure quality enables supply and delivers products that comply with business, regulatory, and customer specifications.

. Prioritizing and defining Quality strategy and projects with regional seed technology & platform lead as well as with global plotform leads

Key Responsibilities:

. Planning and execution of genetic purity testing using protocols defined by global platform functions.

. Ensure timely data reporting as per defined TAT by Product Supply Service Level Agreement

. Responsible for general lab equipment maintenance and lab areas, support in inventory management for overall operation effectiveness

. Work with Global platform functions for validation and implementation of new test protocols.

. Support new QC test and validation as per Global Quality Testing platform.

. Participate in Continual Improvement projects and implement best practice.

. Ensures compliance with all existing Safety, BioSafety, QMS and Stewardship standards

. Promote quality culture in all lab operations.

Required Qualifications:

. Graduate (B. Sc or technical school) level

. Good understanding of technical aspects of laboratory procedures such as DNA extraction, PCR

. Software skills: Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), lab data analysis software, Power BI

. Good self-organization, planning and communication skills.

. Able to work under time pressure, sense of urgency and accuracy.

. Teamwork

. Languages: English
