Roving Supervisor

The selected candidate is responsible for the overall daily operations of both Student Care and Kindergarten Care Centres in community-based and primary schools.

• Be responsible for the overall smooth daily operations of both Student Care and Kindergarten Care Centres in primary schools and community-based.
• Monitor and review the centre operations, classroom management, safety protocols, enrichment activities deliveries.
• Monitor the centre monthly fee, SCFA collections, student matters and reports.
• Responsible for all aspects of staff deployment, training, mentoring, counselling and discipline management.
• Act as a management representative to the school leaders/agencies.
• Lead start-up/set-up of new centres.
• Plan and execute both internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with external agencies for out-reach programmes for students, parents and staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma
• 3 years' experience in a similar setting is preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Good supervisory and critical thinking skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to handle emergency situations effectively
